Setting Display
Us = Traverse speed or Up Speed (movement of
carriage when head is up)
Br = Baud rate (USB: 57600, Serial: 9600)

Increases/Decreases
Step 3: In Online Mode, press Traverse Velocity (aka
the Menu button. Up Speed)

Experiment with the “+” and “-“
buttons for the Traverse
Velocity. Set the Baud Rate to
57600.

Set Per Display
Xp = Calibration of X scale
Yp = Calibration of Y scale

Step 4: In Online Mode, press
the Menu button twice. Do not change these values.
Instead, it is recommended

Menu function. be done from within the
software. Refer to Section
2.10.

Pause Display

v = cutting velocity, mm/sec

f = cutting force (scaled from 50 to 500)

After pressing Pause to stop a
cut, turn off the Groove and
Press the Pause button during then back on again to start the
the cut and the cutter will cut fresh. Typically you cannot
immediate stop cutting. resume a cut without receiving
random cutting results. Thus
the cut must be aborted.

At the end of a cut, the Repeat
button can be pressed, in
Offline Mode, to activate the
same cut again.
